Monitoring - By early afternoon, Purple Cow TV service began recovering after traffic was rerouted through an alternate data centre.

As of mid-afternoon, the original issue has been resolved. Some channels are currently operating on the alternate route, while others are running on the regular network path. This configuration will remain in place for now to ensure continued stability.

Resolved - Some Purple Fibre customers experienced slower-than-expected internet speeds and degraded performance. The issue affected a subset of customers and was most noticeable when running speed tests or during high-usage periods.

Our network team identified the underlying cause and implemented corrective actions to restore normal performance. Service has been fully stabilized, and we are continuing to review monitoring and capacity thresholds to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
