Some Purple Fibre customers experienced slower-than-expected internet speeds and degraded performance. The issue affected a subset of customers and was most noticeable when running speed tests or during high-usage periods.

Our network team identified the underlying cause and implemented corrective actions to restore normal performance. Service has been fully stabilized, and we are continuing to review monitoring and capacity thresholds to prevent similar incidents in the future.
